TRUTH, undoubtedly New Zealand’s greatest Dubstep export; have been making a huge impact around the world with their heavy bassline riddims. Truth’s big tunes have been quickly snatched up by a number of established labels such as Mala’s seminal label “Deep Medi Musik” with the huge 12”, (The Fatman / Stolen Children) and Skream’s “Disfigured Dubs” (Stay / The Future/ Wednesday / Bubba Ho Step). Alix Perez also has included a Truth collaboration on his debut album “1984.”
B.BRAVO – SF [FRITE NITE, RBMA 2010]
San Francisco’s own B.BRAVO has already made his imprint in musical universe. Fresh out of Red Bull Music Academy 2010, B.Bravo is making waves with his “Computa Love” EP out now on the Frite Nite label, being featured on Giles Peterson’s new compilation “Brownswood electr*c” coming up on 28th June, and playing his lovely beats around the bay.
EPCOT – SF [FRITE NITE]
Another member of Frite Nite crew and the resident of San Francisco’s experimental night Change the Beat – EPCOT – will be supporting the night with his unique selection. Don’t be fooled by the short bio, this kid will show you the finest of the world’s forward-looking music.

BRAP DEM! Recordings present the SFO EP. SFO is a different side of Bakir(Spit Bros–SF) and DZ(Badman Press–SF). These tracks showcase deep beats with live instrumental elements creating a unique collaboration. LATE DEPARTURE brings an almost Bond like secret agent dubstep vibe. Keys and atmospherics lay the creeping tension as the track departs for higher elevations in bass. INTO THE FOG sketches lost ghostly horns in the backdrop as the mist thickens with deft dancing percussion and a steady bassline.
